The Process

Submit your plans

Before we can look at any pricing for you, we require a look at your new kitchen plans. The plan should detail the rough shape of the kitchen, the worktop dimensions, the positions of sink and hob, and any additional comments such as the addition of waterfall edges, upstands or splashback sizes. You can also add any other bespoke items such as a tabletop or stone for the pantry, and at this point you can let us know which colours you would like your kitchen tops to be quoted in.

Once you have submitted your plans, our dedicated sales team will look after you every step of the way. Working with you on a one to one basis to make sure you can create your dream kitchen worksurface in line with a budget that suits you.

Arrange Your Template Date

When you are happy with the colour and design of your new worktops, its is time to arrange a template date. In order to create your bespoke surfaces, once of our dedicated templating team has to arrange to measure your new kitchen space to make sure your worktops fit perfectly. This is normally done once the kitchen units are in an level, if you would like to know more about this then you can find our templating guide here.

The Fit

After we have your measurements, the production process starts. It will take about 7 working days to complete the cutting and hand finishing process, as we want to ensure that each fit is one that we would be proud to have in our own home. Once that is complete we can then fit your new worksurfaces, on most occasions this will be complete on the same day and our in house fitters will make sure the fit goes as smoothly as possible.
